After graduating law school, Dustin took a job with one of those large personal injury firms you see on TV and billboards. He discovered that clients who thought they were hiring lawyers, were actually represented by over worked and under-supervised “case managers” with case loads of 100+. Instead of staying, he opted to move home and open his own practice.

Today, Dustin operates a successful personal injury law practice in Temecula with a focus on quality over quantity. His close ties with the community provide him with a large enough referral source so that he will never be a slave to a large advertising budget. Dustin keeps his practice size manageable to make time for his family and to coach his son’s little league teams.
